Role of Mentors

A mentor is the one who has continuous engagement with a student’s academic and personal growth and works at an individual level to develop the student from all the angles.
The role of a mentor is far more complex and demanding than that of teacher, for he or she has to teach advice, support, prescribe, inspire, improvise, probe, listen, relate, clarify and affirm.
Personal, psychological, emotional, mental, physical, aesthetic and spiritual.
The mentor must perform as a role model, working with empathy and vision to create citizens of the future.
